our house was in name of my mother and she passed away in 2004 now in order to transfer our property from our mother to fathers name who is alive me n my brother n sister signed a relinquishment deed in favour of my father n got it registered.
our property is not ancestral property.
my father has already made a will in my favour.
now he is making a gift deed in my favour
My question is::
DOES HE HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE A GIFT DEED IN MY FAVOUR ?
