There are 2 residential building in a area of 524.99sq mtrs.1 of the building has 2 floors wherein we stay and is already partitioned(ground floor to us & upper floor to my uncle) the 2nd building is a outhouse with 3 rooms which is shared by both of us. Rest of the area is open.My uncle needs his 50% share of the property and also has applied for property valuation. If lawgurus can help me out in suggesting atleast 2/4 options on how to partition...which will help me as well as my uncle to get equal share.
