Sir i have one room in slum area in name of my father , my father was expired and in under road project of mmrdawe have get room in bldg this bldg room is my mother name now my problem is my one brother of my father's first wife he want to share of such alloted room but my mother given power of atorney to my wife now my brother file a case for such propety
