Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
If a house is registered in three names,say A B & C.Then will all names will appear in the share certificate of the housing society?OR only the name A?.As answered all three names will appear on the share certificate,then will B & C will become associate members automatically OR B & C have to apply in the prescribed format also?
