Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I am having a house and surrounding land in "GAOTHAN"(Grampanchayat) area.Grampanchayat tax receipt & electricity connection is in my name since death of my father(30 years back). Prior to that the property was not registered anywhere. I have been staying here since my birth(since last 60 years).I have two sisters. Both are dead. Can their children claim right on said property?
