Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

a housing board flat is in name of my grandfather,after 1 year my father started staying in he flat & my grandfather went to village , the loan amount , rent & maintenence is paid by my father for past 20 years , my grandfather died without transfering the flat in my fathers name & now my auncle & aunty are asking for the share in the flat. what can be done???

Nothing as your Grand Father has died intestate so all his legal heirs have equal share in your Grand Fathers property.
