We want to register a housing society of tenenats, but land loard is not giving his NOC. How can I register the housing society than.
Please also consider following points
1) There are around 500 Tenants on the plot
2) ON the same plot there is open area also, where landloard runs his factory (The area is residential area)
3) We stay there since last 100 years (We have proofs)
4) The plot is declared slum in the year 1976/78
What should we do
Thanks

Re: Housing Society Agreement
In this regard, you have few options:
Make a representation before Registrar of Society asking for waiving of the requirement of NOC, IF he does not waive, a writ petition can be filed before HIGH cOURT.
Second Option is to file a suit of declaration or a directory case against the landlord seeking court direction against the landlord.
