Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i have a hukumnama of 1948 in which a land is purchased by my grandfather.and now someone claims that the same property is registered in his father name and he shows his agreement and sale deed of 1966.
but
his agreement and sale deed are of same date.can it be?
secondly signatures in both the documents are in hindi and in english and more over agreement is of two pages in which one sign is in hindi and in second page in english.
lots of variation are there in signature.
pls help me how can i prove him wrong and can i do the mutation on the basis of hukumnama.
