my husband have a self acquired property in mumbai so as a wife what is mine and my son authority over there . can we live there without his permission bcoz i m a house wife and have no source of living

you or your son are not entitled to any share in the property if your husband does not desire so but you have a right to residence in that property and also have a right to restrain your husband from creating any third party interest in the property. for that a complaint under D V Act needs to be filed.
