Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I and my husband had bought a flat in 2004 the builder ran half way he did not issue NOC from the bank where in he took a loan. The builder has sold the same flat to his lawyer that is what the lawyer claims. Now coming to the point its 8 years and still we have not received clear papers from the court. The cross questioning was completed last year for this year. My lawyer says the other party is expecting money so they are taking dates against the case. how can we get clearence on this case kindly advise. I am occupying the house all papers are in my name only.

Delays in court are common. Since your opponent is a lawyer, there may be some more delays.
Keep a follow-up and apply for expeditious disposal of matter.
