Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My husband and I bought a flat three years ago in Pune, his name stands first and mine second in the sales agreement. Eight months ago, housing society of the building was formed, he filled the 'form of application for membership of the society' in his name alone, and an application for associate membership was filed for me in my name....is this the correct procedure??
Should both our names be filed in the 'form of application for membership of the society"?? We would like both our names to be on the Share Certificate...please advise what should be the correct forms to be filled and how it is to be done.
