if husband bought property out of his own fund in that transaction of property wife has any right

without inclunding her name in any certificate of property

She may be entitled to maintenance and may seek a "charge" against husband's property for claiming support.

she may have a right to residence in that property but she cannot claim the share unless she shows that she contributed to consideration.
