My husband and me buying a house. My name appear as the joint holder in that property. Can you please advice we both legally own 50 % each share in the property. What are my rights.
What is the difference between Joint Teanants ans Teanants in common.

as you joint holder of the property, you have equal rights and the property cannot be sold off by your husband alone. same way, you cannot sell the property all by yourself till your husband is alive.
