Can my husband claim for the share of property from his deceased 1st wife's living parents. He has got a son from that wedlock. and He is a minor , only 9 years old. They belong from Nair Hindu society,

as the husband has remarried, he may not be entitled to a share in the property of his deceased wife but the son has a right in the property provided it is ancestral property.
