My husband died his property of bunglow has not transfrred by co-op-hou.soc.ltd and they sell soc.'s other land to builder without my permission please guide how can i got my legal rights ?? manjula ben

file an injunction suit if not sold yet

and if they did than also approach court to protect ur interest . it is required
