Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My husband has given a Power of Attorney (registered in Sub-Registrar Office, Chrompet, Chennai) to my father-in-law when he was to travel abroad. Now, he has come back India and wants to do all the transactions by himself. Moreover, due to some personal reasons we would like to canel the Power of Attorney. Please let us know how to proceed with his.
