Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My husband has purchased a plot in Samarlakota, Kakinada(with my dowry money) on the name of his mother(my mother-in-law) and himself(my husband). While registration they kept my husband name inorder to construct house. They had not taken my consideration, and me and my parents knew about this matter only at the time of registration. At present I am not fighting for it. But, for my future, I am in a thought that as my husband has 3 sisters daughters, will there be a chance of claiming this plot.

Are my above 3 sister-in-laws [Only 1 sister is married, other 2 are single] eligible for the share. My Father-in-law and Mother-in-law are retired and have no other property and they confirm that this will be given to his son only. However, they may give to any 1 daughter.

Please clear my doubt and chance of improvising the same if required.

Hope to hear best response from you.

since your mother in laws name is there, she may write a will in favour of the son to avoid any confusion between you and your husband. However, if she dies without writing a WILL then half share of mother would evenually go to her husband, son and daughters in equal share.
