iam a hindu remarried women i have got some property from my late husband,i have signed the agreemrnt as mrs a w/o late mr. b

and i filled my i tax return on those income as mrs a w/o my cureent husband is it ill legal

in case you got the property from your late husband and there is no dispute pending in any court regarding the same property, even if you entered an agreement mentioning your present husband's name, it is not illegal.
