Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
hi iam from mangalore.iam aroman catholic married to a hindu. but not converted to hindu. i had some querry regarding my ancestoral property.my mother has got some land from her mother that is my grand mother which is passed for her from my great grand mother. both my mother and grandmother are alive and the property has been divided . my question is that whether i have any right to ask a part of that land. if yes then how much part should i get?if no then according to catholic what right have i to ask any property.

Ancestral or family property concept is only for Hindu.
