Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i'am residing in my grandfathers house with my parents for last 30 years,this property is allotted by govt. of delhi to refugees after partition on basis of higher purchase(jj slum 22 gaj quarters).The papers of the house are at my late grandfathers name.Presently my another cousin from same grandfather (not residing with us) wants to sell this property and wants his share without our permission.Is it possible?what countermeasures can i take?the house papers are at my fathers most elder brother place.

If your grand Father has died intestate then all the legal heirs of your late Grand Father have equal share in his property. Your cousin has a share through his fathers or mothers share who are the children of your grand father.
