How do we identify a "Mahar Watan Land" when purchasing land in India, Pune. What does "Junya Sharti Nusar" mean on the 7/12 extract?

Check old 7/12 extracts and extract of Alienation Register to find out whether a land is a Watan Land or not.
Junya Sharti Nusar means Old Tenure or Class I Occupancy.
