And further that the Assignors, their legal representatives, executors and administrators and all persons lawfully or equitably claiming any estate, or interest in the said property or any part thereof by, from, under, in trust or on behalf of the Assignor shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter at the request and costs of the Assignees do and execute or cause to be done, executed and performed all such further and other acts, deeds things conveyance and assurances in law whatsoever for the better and more perfectly assuring the said property and every part thereof unto and to the use of the Assignees in the manner aforesaid, as the Assignees shall reasonably require.

It is one of the standard clauses in an indenture of transfer of property. This clause is a covenant from the Vendor/Transferor/Assignor that if anything is found necessary in future to perfect the title of Purchaser/Transferee/Assignee, then Vendor shall do the same at the cost of the Purchaser.
