Incase of missing agreement coppies from the builder to the first party & first party to second party what are the leagal process to proceed for the sale of flat ? however the original share certificate has a mention of all 4 parties till date & original receipts of the registration & stamp duty fees of all 4 parties are avaliable.

Find out particulars of missing and steps taken like report to police. Cause public notice published through your lawyer etc. etc.
