Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
In India, in case of Deed of Sale or other property documents, a statement of nationality of the parties is made in such Deed etc ie;- "All parties to this deed are Indian Nationals" this is the case when all the parties to such documents are Indians, but when some of parties are foreigners, by acquistion of foreign citizenship and thereafter such persons acquires any right in property by way of succession, of his relations, and that persons wants to dispose such property, than what statement should be made / written as to his natioanality, in the Deed of Sale.
