Dear Sir / Madam,

Your parents chose the concerned son or daughter who would take care of them during their old age & lifetime. There is a natural human tendency to point fingers at their deeds by the other blood relatives which is incorrect. They can dispose of the unoccupied property and distribute the proceeds thereof to their children or grand children in the manner they best deem fit. As the owner of your house, your interest lies in protecting your ownership. Your parents will not have a say in your house.
