Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

informaton.

I have a property buyed at my name in july 2001. I have given the advance to the ownwer. Now according to the condtion, I have to provide all the money within 1 month. I was not able to provide the money on time. But we arranged the money in the next 6 months and also given the interst. But we have not provided all the money till the owner provide as NOC as per the contract. He has not given us NOC. Now becaus of the family reason and finacial crisis we left the case for 2 yrs. But after the 4 yrs we came to know that owner had a case filed for the property in the court. He lost the case and our property was sealed. When we camse to know that it was too late. Now he asking us to file the rest of money in the court. How can we do that. we have provided all the money. he has not provided the NOC yet. We have the rotteried paper of the agreement. He is also trying to seel the property to third party. What cae we do in this case. Please help us with your valuable suggesions. reaply as soos as possible.
