Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Inheirted Property.

Can I get my/my mothers and brothers/sister shares after 30 years if the sale deed was excuited of inheirted property but the possession of that Gat No.is not in the hands of purchaser till date. In this case I have already filed partition suit in the Court as the purchaser sent me legal notice throught his advocate and demanding me the possession/correct mejorment of that property.So Please advise till my success.

It depends on facts of case.All relevant documents are required to be examined.But on your assertion it seem that your claim of any kind after 30 years is not maintainable being time barred.Contact with all details and documents.Professional charges are applicable.
