does a daughter have the right to inherit a rental property from her father (pagdi property) where the the property in question has been rented by my grandfather who died without a will which subsequently went to my grandmother who also died without a will.presently the said property is been occupied by my father and brother

yes, the tenancy may be heritable.

Person who live with deceased tenant is generally entitled to continue tenancy.
