inherited property

i'v posted a q dated12/02/2009:my grandfather had expired without leaving any will.he had a son and two daughters.i am the first son of his son.can i buy the house from my grand mother?if not, can i buy the 50%of the house which belongs to the daughters after my grandmother..can u plz elaborate?

in continuition to this,i would like to know what will be the share of each i.e. my granny, father and aunts.again i am a heir among 3 of my fatherbeing the elder son.so i would like to know how to buy: shall i get all the four(my granny and her heirs) sign the document that i am buying from them.again for my fathers share , as we are three, do the other two also need to sign?

please elaborate as i would proceed in the same way. al my aunts are married and have their next two generations.

Your statement does not show any relationship of the pdc with the house purchase/inheritance?.

You may buy the property from any of the willing sellers/heirs.
