Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
In one of the injunction suits filed by me, the defendant in the trial court had placed a signature in the Vakalat Nama - My suit was dismissed on flimsy grounds and so I had to appeal - In the appeal court, the defendant has placed a thumb impression.
I doubt impersonation and foul play -I would like to know if I bring this point in my arguments, what action the appeal court take against the defendant?
Is such an act admissible in the first place or will the court dismiss the vakalat nama filed by the defendant in the appeal court?
