Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
There are instances where builders are smart and they donot issue a receipt of the open / covered parking space (as they take money in cash). They just issue a letter "Allotment Letter" which the purchaser of the flat gets and based on that he claims that that peice of parking belong to him. Is by any law this is legal. How can we tackle this issue. Kindly get us some information on this. Thanks & best Regards ..

Allotment letter for covered car park are not legal and builder is liable.
