I am intending to purchase a house which is constructed on 15 x 40 measurement of site. The site originally measured 30 x 40. The sellers purchased half of it i.e., 15 x 40. When i purchase the house constructed on 15 x 40
1. Can I demand the original sale deed relating to 30 x 40 site.
2. If i get the certified copy of that sale deed, will i face any problem in future if i intend to sell the house or take loan
