Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have invested in SDS Infra Group NRI Townshop Plots at Yamuna Expressway (Phase-I).

Currently looking at the price & location it seems to be good investment as near to Gautam Budh Univ., very close to Night Safari & other things like Racing track & cricket stadium coming up (This is Plot 1 of Yamuna Express way). Plus if Airport gets approved it will become a good tourist destination also. Plus as per government they plan to make a close by IT hub.

I know its a long term investment but now I am a bit confused as group has no past track record & have only three projects on ground. Plus they have not been advertising their work.... neither through news paper or by building a good website.

Please let me know in your understanding how is investment? And people behind the group are reputed business men or is there any concern that you foresee. Pls help to let me know how can I confirm if the paper they make are accurate.

it is hard for a lawyer to give the back ground of any developer. One can examine the legal documents they are executing to see if there is a catch or trap.
