Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
this is jaya from faridabad.i got married through court in jan 2011.after few days of marriage my mother in law kicked me and his son out of house and we shifted to a rental house. Now however we are back in our own house.Now again she says us to leave the house for no reason and that too permanantly. My father in law and husband supports me to the fullest.Now what can me,my husband and father in law do???

you have a right to stay with your husband and in case your husband and father in law support you, you may go for a restraint order against your mother in law. who is the owner of the house?
