Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
this is again jaya...would like to interrupt...few days before my big brother in law raised hands on my father in law and my mother in law tried to hurt me. there was an FIR on him and mother in law,,,which we took back via mutual understanding.Now again they are so aggressive,,,and just wants us to leave the property.She also claims that the propertyis hers and father has no share in it. Wat can my father in law do.
