Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We have a joint family plot in Delhi. DDA wishes to acquire it. There are 10 share holders of this property. Can I file for compensation individually or we will have to move a joint application. Also, there is 1 person amongst us who does not favor others & wants the POA to be transferred in his name. Is there a way to get everybody equal compensation from DDA. If so , How?
