Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Our Joint family got separated and one family left the city for good... But handed over their part of property to tenants. Who have been creating nuisances for everyone around and when we confronted with owners retort, replying that its our fault and that we are lying. They do not trust us, and trust the tenants more. How can we ask them to move out of this property and allot it to somebody better? Also what are my rights as a family member?

Nuisance is civil as well as criminal wrong. Take necessary legal action.
