Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We have a joint property of agriculture land which is ancestral property from our great grand fathers. Property belongs to our maternal grandfather. After his death the property of the owner became my maternal grandmother. Since the land is ancestral property, not all the land is on the name of our grandmother. we are cultivating the land but we have not registered some ancestral property land when we partitioned from our great grandfathers on the name of my grandmother. My mother is the only children. We are 3 brothers. My maternal grandmother has expired recently without writting the will or any property share to our brothers. Since the property belongs to my maternal grand mother, Shall we get the equal share or not. Please advise.

No. Your mother and your mothers father are the legal heir of your grand mothers property. This becomes your mothers self acquired property and she can do whatever with the property but if she dies intestate then all of you become legal heirs of the property and not other wise.
