Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
we have a joint property (5 share holders). Two shares were sold to an outsider without any consent of others. A case was filed by us 10 years back. The lower court judgement went in favor of the buyer. Then High Court ruled against it and favored our preemption appeal. Then the case was again recalled for another hearing recently. Our lawyer says it may go against us and we have to go to Supreme Court. Is it necessary to go to Supreme Court?
Please note that I posted this question earlier along with another question about changing the lawyer. I received the answer for that, but more important question is about the Supreme Court. Do we have to go there? I hear that this can be heard by the divisional bench. Is it true?
