Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

if joint property is sold long time ago with out one partys proper concent unregistered GPA given for other purpose . who should the affected seek compensation from . person who bought the property alredy developed it and sold to various partys. should the effeccted seek compensation from other joint owners who sold or from the person who bought. the purchaser claims he did so in good faith from information he got from other two partys. can we seek penaltys beyond losses ? and seek injunction on other partys propertys for compensation to be paid when settled?.

everything is confusing .. i have tryed to speak to all partys with no result
