Joint Venture Abroad

The company in which I am employed has finalised a JV partner for its construction operations abroad in Gulf under the name and style of a company to be incorporated in one of the Gulf countries. In this regard I require a Board resolution to be attested by the Dept. of Foreign Affairs in Mumbai (Mantralaya Building)which is housed in the Legislative Assembly Building. Are there attorneys who can act as service providers? Further to it, I have to get it attested by the UAE embassy authorities. Hence I require an attorney positioned in Mumbai who can offer his services? Kindly intimate the cost involved for the services.
