Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
The judicial magistrate court has given a decree of the land property in my favor. The order of decree has been given by the court over 90 days ago. Are there any provisions under Indian law for the defendant to appeal against the court order (decree). If yes then what is time frame for such an appeal against the court verdict and what should be basis for the defendant to ask the court to consider the time lapse for the appeal against the decree
