(i) In case a married daughter who resides in Delhi wants to suit her married brother living in Ghaziabad for her share in the intestate property owned by their mother who has been expired a month before, the jurisdiction of which court will lie whether it be Delhi or Ghaziabad?

Place, Delhi or Ghaziabad, where the property is located.

(ii) Whether a married woman can claim for share of property owned by mother in the above case?

Yes, if mother died intestate
