Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

kindly want to know if 2 person means father and son file a fake case mean civil suit of properrty against elder son and the dont have any written proof are documents.and the father write in statment of suit in fron of my younger son i paid to my elder son the money its a just oral statment.so what is the value of oral statmnet in court.
