Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My name is kirankumar and i am from vizianagaram. My query is on Rentcontrol.
I have a shop in town. I leased this shop to one person more than 4 years with un registered lease document. Now i want my shop for my daughter livelyhood purpose.
I asked the tenant to vaccate. but he refuses and threaten me to sell the shop for 20% of the market value.
And he said "I don't vaccate".
what to do?
I read a news related to this type of case in APEX court of india in 2010. Honourable APEX court gave judgement in favour of house owner.I am requesting you to please guide me. If there is any possibility please give related cases judgement numbers in HIGHCOURTS OR APEXCOURT.
