Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

This is kumar from chennai.1, who are the legal heirs to this ancestral residential property . if suppose i buy my 2 brothers & a sister share, who are all should sign ?my brothers & sister has issues(all are major childrens) whether they also has to sign ?if so who are all should sign?

My father(late, expired) has an ancestral residential property who got/inherited from his father.

still the property is in my grand fathers name.also it is undivided legally .

My father(late) has 3 son & a daughter whose ages are

First son - AGE 80 , he got 2 son & a daughter

Second son - AGE 62 , he got 1 son & 1 daughter

Third son (myself)- AGE 52 , got 2 son

only daughter - AGE 60 ,she got 3 son
