Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Land had been acquired from different bodies , Tile // layout for township ( ~150 acres ) had been approved from state govt.
Accordingly Plots are being sold out . Now registration is being done .
Full Payment had been done ( i.e basis rate +Preference location charge +external development +maintenance charge +club charge +stamp duty )
Now only govt can take the charge for non-Completion of construction , I think builder should not .
