Land Acquisition Act
i am looking for expert opinion on Land Acquistion Laws in Andhra where my client's lands are being acquired for Indisutrial estate development. My client has subtsnatially developed an otherwise waste land for the last 30 years and grown unconventional trees by special farming techniques. My client is being offered megre compensation which he wants to appeal aginst after receiving compensation under protest or otherwise since authorities simplly ask for unconditional acceptance.

The complete proceeding right from the notice u/s 4 of land acquisition Act is required to be examined.Nevertheless,You may go in reference u/s.28 against the order of award fixed by the govt. and can put your case relating to enhancement of money giving reason why the land is worth of high ammount but in that case you should not accept the ammount fixed by the Govt.You may also go for writ by challenging the acquisition proceeding.There is no provision of appeal against the award fixed by govt.
