Under Land Acquisition Act 1894

Under Land Acquisition Act 1894 ----What should be material date for calculating interest on compansation amount under section 34 of the act in absence of execution of possession of the land by Authority, when the owner in writting conveyd his willingness to handover symbolic / legal possession as land being occupied by tresspasser. The land acquired for school by Pune M. Corporation.The compasation amount was paid to the owner alreadyafter the award years ago.Please quote latest case laws in support of your opinion.

You may be entitled to the interest from the date of Notification/Award u/ss 6/11 of the Act.
