Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Our land was encroached by some land mafias. The encroachd area was around 1500 Sq yard and then Mafia constructed a wall on encroached land and then sold it to third party. That third party paid all due stamps etc on sale deed but Sale deed doesn't indicate the measures and actual possesion of land. How this sale deed can be cancelled?

If the sale deed has not been executed by owners / title-holders, it will be void in law.
